REFUNDS
We are a small nonprofit organization. We do not offer refunds on any of our trainings at this time. In emergency circumstances, we may consider an exception. Please contact playtherapyinstitute@childcounselingcenterofnm.com as soon as you can if you'd like to be considered. Every effort will be made to achieve resolution, including, but not limited to: partial refund, substitution of course purchased, credit provided for a future course.
CANCELLATION BY THE INSTITUTE
Child Counseling Center and Play Therapy Institute of NM reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 15 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. CCC & PTI is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is canceled. If a training class is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is encouraged to reschedule for a future training course.

GRIEVANCES
The Child Counseling Center and Play Therapy Institute of NM (CCC PTI of NM) is fully committed to complying with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content, and in the treatment of attendees.
While we go to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all and attempt to anticipate problems, we recognize that complaints will arise. When problems do present themselves, we will attempt to alleviate complaints as quickly as possible.
Complaints relative to a speaker, contents of instructional materials being presented, an individual educational style being utilized, or facilities where training is held should be addressed to playtherapyinstitute@childcounselingcenterofnm.com
